La couleur, la brillance et l&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 visuelle ne sont qu&rsquo;une partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9quation : le comportement r\u00e9el d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce, sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;usure, \u00e0 l&rsquo;abrasion et \u00e0 la corrosion se mesurent en <a href=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/fr\/services\/laboratoire\/\">laboratoire<\/a>, avec des tests standardis\u00e9s qui simulent des mois d&rsquo;utilisation en quelques heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet article d\u00e9crit les principaux <a href=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/fr\/services\/controle-qualite\/\">contr\u00f4les qualit\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9s aux traitements de surface<\/a> : adh\u00e9rence, r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;usure, \u00e9paisseur, couleur et corrosion. On r\u00e9alise une grille d&rsquo;incisions perpendiculaires p\u00e9n\u00e9trant jusqu&rsquo;au m\u00e9tal de base, on applique un ruban adh\u00e9sif d&rsquo;une force d&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence d\u00e9finie (ex. 3M 600), on appuie fermement, puis on le retire d&rsquo;un coup sec \u00e0 60\u00b0 apr\u00e8s 60 \u00e0 90 secondes. Le r\u00e9sultat est \u00e9valu\u00e9 sur une \u00e9chelle de 0 (aucun d\u00e9tachement) \u00e0 5 (d\u00e9tachement sur plus de 65 % de la surface). Pour les applications mode et luxe, la valeur attendue est 0 ou 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>tape test<\/strong> qualitatif est une variante sans incision : le ruban est appliqu\u00e9 sur une zone courbe ou critique, puis arrach\u00e9 directement. Si le rev\u00eatement se d\u00e9tache, l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence est insuffisante pour un usage normal. Il ne remplace pas le quadrillage mais constitue un indicateur rapide en production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>test de pliage<\/strong> (bending test) d\u00e9place l&rsquo;attention de l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence statique vers la ductilit\u00e9 sous contrainte : la pi\u00e8ce est pli\u00e9e \u00e0 90\u00b0 ou 180\u00b0 et la zone de courbure est analys\u00e9e \u00e0 la loupe ou au microscope. Les d\u00e9fauts recherch\u00e9s sont le <em>cracking<\/em> (fissures en r\u00e9seau, signe d&rsquo;un rev\u00eatement fragile ou trop \u00e9pais), le <em>flaking<\/em> (d\u00e9tachement en \u00e9cailles, faible adh\u00e9rence chimique) et le <em>crazing<\/em> (micro-fissures diffuses, typiques des vernis rigides). Il simule les boucles sous charge, les mousquetons et les composants soumis \u00e0 la torsion. R\u00e9sultat attendu : aucun ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Test de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;usure : Turbula<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>test Turbula<\/strong> mesure la r\u00e9sistance d&rsquo;un rev\u00eatement aux <strong>frottements prolong\u00e9s<\/strong>, l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de semaines d&rsquo;utilisation quotidienne simul\u00e9es en quelques heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le principe est la <strong>tribofinition \u00e0 sec<\/strong> : l&rsquo;accessoire est plac\u00e9 dans un r\u00e9cipient avec un m\u00e9dia abrasif (c\u00e9ramique, plastique, coquilles de noix broy\u00e9es) et mis dans un m\u00e9langeur tridimensionnel. Le mouvement garantit que l&rsquo;abrasif frappe toutes les surfaces, y compris les ar\u00eates. La dur\u00e9e et le type de m\u00e9dia varient en fonction des normes exig\u00e9es par la marque, souvent plus strictes que les normes ISO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En fin de cycle, <strong>trois param\u00e8tres<\/strong> sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perte de brillance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposition du substrat (le m\u00e9tal de base devient visible sous le placage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrondissement des ar\u00eates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9sultat attendu<\/strong> : aucune variation notable sur ces trois crit\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LEM_PVD_Qualita_26-800x533.jpg\" alt=\"LEM_PVD_Qualita_26\" class=\"wp-image-3856\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LEM_PVD_Qualita_26-800x533.jpg 800w, https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LEM_PVD_Qualita_26-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LEM_PVD_Qualita_26-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LEM_PVD_Qualita_26-350x233.jpg 350w, https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LEM_PVD_Qualita_26-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LEM_PVD_Qualita_26.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Mesure de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur : XRF<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9paisseur du d\u00e9p\u00f4t<\/strong> est un param\u00e8tre critique dans les deux sens : trop fin, il r\u00e9duit la durabilit\u00e9 ; trop \u00e9pais, il modifie les tol\u00e9rances dimensionnelles, un probl\u00e8me majeur en horlogerie ou sur des composants n\u00e9cessitant des assemblages pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La m\u00e9thode standard est la <strong>fluorescence X<\/strong> (<strong>XRF<\/strong>) : non destructive, pr\u00e9cise et capable de mesurer plusieurs couches superpos\u00e9es en une seule lecture. Le faisceau de rayons X excite les atomes du rev\u00eatement, qui \u00e9mettent une fluorescence caract\u00e9ristique. L&rsquo;instrument croise l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 du signal du d\u00e9p\u00f4t avec l&rsquo;att\u00e9nuation du signal du substrat sous-jacent et renvoie la <strong>valeur en microns (\u03bcm) pour chaque couche<\/strong> (ex. zamak \/ nickel \/ or). La norme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les \u00e9paisseurs galvaniques pr\u00e9cieuses est l&rsquo;ISO 4521.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici comment se d\u00e9roule le processus dans le <strong>laboratoire LEM<\/strong> : l&rsquo;accessoire entre dans une chambre blind\u00e9e, le point de mesure est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 via une cam\u00e9ra et un viseur laser, le collimateur adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la zone \u00e0 mesurer est choisi, et en 10 \u00e0 60 secondes l&rsquo;instrument g\u00e9n\u00e8re un spectre et un rapport couche par couche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Contr\u00f4le de la couleur : colorim\u00e9trie CIELAB<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La couleur<\/strong> est le param\u00e8tre le plus sujet \u00e0 l&rsquo;interpr\u00e9tation subjective, et donc le plus difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer sans instruments. Le colorim\u00e8tre r\u00e9sout ce probl\u00e8me en traduisant la perception visuelle en chiffres, en utilisant l&rsquo;espace colorim\u00e9trique <strong>CIELAB<\/strong> : L* pour la luminosit\u00e9, a* pour l&rsquo;axe rouge-vert, b* pour l&rsquo;axe jaune-bleu. L&rsquo;\u00e9cart par rapport \u00e0 un standard convenu est exprim\u00e9 en <strong>\u0394E.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les seuils de tol\u00e9rance d&rsquo;\u00e9cart de couleur typiques selon les secteurs sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"684\" height=\"374\" src=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LEM_Test_Color_FR.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5486\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LEM_Test_Color_FR.jpg 684w, https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LEM_Test_Color_FR-349x191.jpg 349w, https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LEM_Test_Color_FR-600x328.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 684px) 100vw, 684px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La valeur op\u00e9rationnelle de la colorim\u00e9trie va au-del\u00e0 du simple contr\u00f4le individuel : elle permet d&rsquo;intercepter les d\u00e9rives chromatiques entre les lots successifs, de corr\u00e9ler les variations de couleur aux param\u00e8tres du processus et, surtout, de remplacer le jugement visuel par une donn\u00e9e objective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Test de corrosion : Brouillard salin (ISO 9227)<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>test du brouillard salin<\/strong> \u00e9value la r\u00e9sistance d&rsquo;un rev\u00eatement \u00e0 une <strong>exposition prolong\u00e9e \u00e0 des environnements agressifs<\/strong> : humidit\u00e9 saline, sueur, agents atmosph\u00e9riques. C&rsquo;est le test de corrosion de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les accessoires galvaniques et PVD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La norme est l&rsquo;<strong>ISO 9227<\/strong> (brouillard salin neutre, NSS) : la pi\u00e8ce est expos\u00e9e dans une chambre ferm\u00e9e \u00e0 un brouillard de solution NaCl \u00e0 5 %, \u00e0 35 \u00b0C, pour une dur\u00e9e d\u00e9finie par le cahier des charges. Les dur\u00e9es typiques vont de 24 \u00e0 48 heures pour les accessoires de mode standards, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 96 \u00e0 240 heures et plus pour le segment du luxe et de l&rsquo;horlogerie. Les cahiers des charges des marques d\u00e9passent souvent les exigences normatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 la fin de l&rsquo;exposition, on rel\u00e8ve l&rsquo;apparition d&rsquo;oxydation, de <em>blistering<\/em> (boursouflures sous le d\u00e9p\u00f4t) et de variations chromatiques. R\u00e9sultat attendu : aucun ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne visible dans le d\u00e9lai imparti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>S<\/em><em>Normes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et ISO 9001:2015<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque test d\u00e9crit poss\u00e8de une norme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ISO 2409 pour le quadrillage (cross-cut),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ISO 9227 pour le brouillard salin,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ISO 4521 pour les \u00e9paisseurs galvaniques pr\u00e9cieuses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;<strong>ISO 9001:2015<\/strong> op\u00e8re \u00e0 un niveau diff\u00e9rent : elle ne certifie pas les produits, mais le syst\u00e8me avec lequel ils sont produits et contr\u00f4l\u00e9s, processus document\u00e9s, tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9, am\u00e9lioration continue selon le cycle PDCA.
