Autant d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments typiques des usines de traitement de surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les bains galvaniques fonctionnent principalement avec des solutions aqueuses non inflammables. Les installations<a href=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/fr\/traitements\/pvd\/\"> PVD<\/a> op\u00e8rent sous vide. Mais cela ne suffit pas \u00e0 \u00e9liminer le risque. Une approche structur\u00e9e, r\u00e9gie par des lois et r\u00e8glements sp\u00e9cifiques, est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00e9rer le risque d&rsquo;incendie ne signifie pas seulement installer des \u00e9quipements de lutte contre l&rsquo;incendie comme des extincteurs. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est r\u00e9gie par l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de plusieurs sources : sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, pr\u00e9vention des incendies, gestion des produits chimiques et atmosph\u00e8res explosives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9f\u00e9rence principale est le <strong>d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif 81\/2008<\/strong>. L&rsquo;article 46 impose \u00e0 l&#8217;employeur de pr\u00e9venir les incendies. En pratique : \u00e9valuation des risques dans le <strong>DVR<\/strong>, mesures de pr\u00e9vention et de protection, plan d&rsquo;urgence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 fait partie de celles soumises au contr\u00f4le du <strong>DPR 151\/2011<\/strong>, la<strong> SCIA incendie<\/strong> est \u00e9galement requise, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e aux Pompiers conform\u00e9ment au Code de Pr\u00e9vention des Incendies. Depuis 2022, le cadre est mis \u00e0 jour par les trois arr\u00eat\u00e9s minist\u00e9riels de septembre 2021. Outre les bains \u00e9lectrolytiques, les installations utilisent des produits de d\u00e9graissage, des additifs chimiques, des r\u00e9sines et des mati\u00e8res plastiques. Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments contribuent \u00e0 la <strong>charge thermique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vient ensuite le facteur \u00e9lectrique. Redresseurs, tableaux de distribution, courants \u00e9lev\u00e9s : l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/fr\/installations\/placage-electrolytique-automatique\/\">\u00e9lectrod\u00e9position automatique <\/a>n\u00e9cessite une conception soign\u00e9e et un entretien constant. L&rsquo;objectif est de r\u00e9duire les pannes, les surchauffes et les courts-circuits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un autre point critique concerne les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;aspiration et d&rsquo;abattement des fum\u00e9es. Ils doivent toujours \u00eatre maintenus efficaces. L&rsquo;accumulation de r\u00e9sidus peut compromettre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><em><em><em>Gli aspetti specifici degli impianti PVD<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les <a href=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/fr\/installations\/depot-physique-phase-vapeur-pvd\/\">installations PVD<\/a> pr\u00e9sentent des criticit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes par rapport \u00e0 la galvanoplastie traditionnelle. Les chambres \u00e0 vide utilisent des alimentations \u00e9lectriques de forte puissance, des syst\u00e8mes de refroidissement, des pompes \u00e0 vide, ainsi que des gaz techniques tels que l&rsquo;<strong>argon<\/strong> et l&rsquo;<strong>azote<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certains proc\u00e9d\u00e9s impliquent \u00e9galement de l&rsquo;<strong>hydrog\u00e8ne <\/strong>ou d&rsquo;autres gaz. Le <strong>r\u00e8glement REACH <\/strong>(CE 1907\/2006) r\u00e9git l&rsquo;enregistrement, l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et l&rsquo;utilisation s\u00fbre. Le <strong>r\u00e8glement CLP<\/strong> (CE 1272\/2008) fixe les crit\u00e8res de classification et d&rsquo;\u00e9tiquetage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les fiches de donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (FDS)<\/strong> sont l&rsquo;outil cl\u00e9. Elles indiquent l&rsquo;inflammabilit\u00e9, l&rsquo;incompatibilit\u00e9 entre les substances, le stockage correct et les agents extincteurs appropri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e0 o\u00f9 se trouvent des solvants inflammables ou des substances pouvant g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des atmosph\u00e8res explosives, la l\u00e9gislation <strong>ATEX <\/strong>s&rsquo;applique \u00e9galement (Directives 1999\/92\/CE et 2014\/34\/UE). Elle r\u00e9git la classification des zones \u00e0 risque et les exigences relatives aux \u00e9quipements install\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Bonnes pratiques op\u00e9rationnelles<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le respect de la r\u00e9glementation est le point de d\u00e9part. Une gestion v\u00e9ritablement efficace du risque d&rsquo;incendie se construit au quotidien, avec des pratiques simples mais constantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>maintenance programm\u00e9e des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques et des syst\u00e8mes de lutte contre l&rsquo;incendie ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contr\u00f4le p\u00e9riodique des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;aspiration ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u00e9paration et identification des substances incompatibles ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ordre et propret\u00e9 des zones de production ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mise \u00e0 jour continue de la documentation technique ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e9rification p\u00e9riodique des \u00e9quipements de lutte contre l&rsquo;incendie (extincteurs, alarmes, voies d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a aussi la <strong>formation du personnel.<\/strong> Les op\u00e9rateurs doivent conna\u00eetre les risques des processus, savoir utiliser les dispositifs anti-incendie et conna\u00eetre les proc\u00e9dures d&rsquo;urgence. Des exercices p\u00e9riodiques permettent de v\u00e9rifier si le plan d&rsquo;urgence fonctionne r\u00e9ellement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>La pr\u00e9vention comme investissement<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les traitements de surface, la gestion du risque d&rsquo;incendie n&rsquo;est pas une simple formalit\u00e9. Cela signifie r\u00e9duire les interruptions d&rsquo;exploitation. Limiter les dommages \u00e9conomiques. Pr\u00e9server le patrimoine technologique de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une vision int\u00e9gr\u00e9e est n\u00e9cessaire : conception, maintenance, gestion chimique, formation.
