{"id":5195,"date":"2026-06-11T17:28:20","date_gmt":"2026-06-11T15:28:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/?p=5195"},"modified":"2026-06-11T17:28:21","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T15:28:21","slug":"vide-procede-pvd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/fr\/vide-procede-pvd\/","title":{"rendered":"Le vide"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Le vide dans les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s PVD : r\u00f4le, mesure et gestion<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le contexte des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/fr\/traitements\/pvd\/\"><em>PVD<\/em><\/a>,<strong> le vide<\/strong> d\u00e9signe la condition dans laquelle la pression \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la <strong>chambre de d\u00e9p\u00f4t<\/strong> est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 des valeurs bien inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 la pression atmosph\u00e9rique. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;une condition secondaire : le vide est le <strong>pr\u00e9requis physique<\/strong> indispensable sans lequel le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ne peut avoir lieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On distingue deux phases principales : le <strong>vide primaire<\/strong> (<em>rough vacuum<\/em>), obtenu avec des pompes rotatives, et le<strong> haut vide<\/strong>, atteint avec des pompes turbomol\u00e9culaires ou cryog\u00e9niques. Ce sont les niveaux de haut vide, typiquement de l&rsquo;ordre de 10\u207b\u2075 \u2013 10\u207b\u2076 mbar, qui sont pertinents pour le d\u00e9p\u00f4t PVD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/PVD_LEM_1-1-800x533.jpg\" alt=\"PVD_LEM_1\" class=\"wp-image-1440\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/PVD_LEM_1-1-800x533.jpg 800w, https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/PVD_LEM_1-1-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/PVD_LEM_1-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/PVD_LEM_1-1-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/PVD_LEM_1-1-350x233.jpg 350w, https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/PVD_LEM_1-1.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><em><em><em>\u00c0 quoi sert le vide dans le PVD<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le vide remplit deux fonctions fondamentales et indissociables :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Garantir le transport des particules.<\/strong> En r\u00e9duisant la densit\u00e9 des gaz r\u00e9siduels, on augmente le <strong>libre parcours moyen <\/strong>des particules vaporis\u00e9es, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire la distance moyenne qu&rsquo;elles parcourent avant d&rsquo;entrer en collision avec une autre mol\u00e9cule. Dans des conditions de haut vide, ce parcours est suffisamment long pour permettre aux esp\u00e8ces d\u00e9pos\u00e9es d&rsquo;atteindre le substrat en <strong>ligne droite<\/strong>, sans dispersion ni perte d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. \u00c0 des pressions insuffisantes, les collisions avec les gaz r\u00e9siduels d\u00e9graderaient l&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence du film.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Garantir la puret\u00e9 du film.<\/strong> L&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re contient de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne, de l&rsquo;azote, de la vapeur d&rsquo;eau et d&rsquo;autres contaminants qui, s&rsquo;ils \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents dans la chambre pendant le d\u00e9p\u00f4t, r\u00e9agiraient avec le mat\u00e9riau en cours de d\u00e9p\u00f4t, alt\u00e9rant ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physico-chimiques. Le vide cr\u00e9e un <strong>environnement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 <\/strong>dans lequel la composition du film est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e exclusivement par les mat\u00e9riaux et les gaz introduits intentionnellement, comme c&rsquo;est le cas pour le <a href=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/fr\/depot-pvd-reactif\/\"><em>d\u00e9p\u00f4t r\u00e9actif.<\/em><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><em><em><em>Phases de pompage et impact sur la productivit\u00e9<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;atteinte des conditions op\u00e9rationnelles se fait de mani\u00e8re s\u00e9quentielle :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D&rsquo;abord, les pompes rotatives am\u00e8nent la chambre au vide primaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuite, les pompes turbomol\u00e9culaires poussent jusqu&rsquo;au haut vide n\u00e9cessaire au proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les <strong>temps d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation,<\/strong> qui d\u00e9pendent du volume de la chambre, de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des surfaces internes et de la pr\u00e9sence de mat\u00e9riaux sujets au d\u00e9gazage (<em>outgassing<\/em>), impactent directement la <strong>productivit\u00e9 <\/strong>du cycle et sa r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une chambre dont les surfaces sont contamin\u00e9es ou contenant des composants qui lib\u00e8rent des gaz (d\u00e9gazage) n&rsquo;atteindra pas les pressions cibles dans les temps pr\u00e9vus, ce qui aura des effets directs sur la qualit\u00e9 du rev\u00eatement et la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&rsquo;un cycle \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre.
