Dans le <strong>PECVD<\/strong>, le plasma remplace la chaleur comme agent activateur, permettant des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de substrat pouvant descendre \u00e0 100\u2013300 \u00b0C, rendant le processus compatible avec des mat\u00e9riaux qui ne tol\u00e9reraient pas des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><em><em>PECVD et PVD : deux techniques distinctes, un contexte commun<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PECVD est class\u00e9 comme une technique <strong>CVD<\/strong>, et non PVD : dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/fr\/traitements\/pvd\/\"><em>PVD<\/em><\/a>, le mat\u00e9riau part d&rsquo;un solide (la cible) vaporis\u00e9 physiquement ; dans le PECVD, il part de <strong>gaz pr\u00e9curseurs<\/strong> d\u00e9compos\u00e9s chimiquement.
