La puret\u00e9 de la cible est un param\u00e8tre critique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les impuret\u00e9s dans le mat\u00e9riau source<\/strong> se traduisent directement par des d\u00e9fauts dans le film d\u00e9pos\u00e9, avec des effets n\u00e9gatifs sur :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>la duret\u00e9 et la compacit\u00e9 structurelle<\/strong> du rev\u00eatement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence au substrat<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>la couleur et l&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 de la finition<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les degr\u00e9s de puret\u00e9 standards vont de <strong>99,5 % jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 99,99 % (4N)<\/strong> et au-del\u00e0. Le choix d\u00e9pend de l&rsquo;application : les rev\u00eatements fonctionnels \u00e0 hautes performances exigent une puret\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e par rapport aux finitions purement esth\u00e9tiques. La gestion de ce param\u00e8tre fait directement partie du <a href=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/fr\/services\/controle-qualite\/\"><strong><em>contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 du processus.<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">G\u00e9om\u00e9trie et sp\u00e9cifications techniques&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La forme de la cible n&rsquo;est pas standardis\u00e9e : elle d\u00e9pend de la configuration de la chambre de d\u00e9position et du type de source employ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Circulaire (planaire) :<\/strong> le format le plus r\u00e9pandu. Compatible avec les magn\u00e9trons circulaires standards, elle garantit une bonne uniformit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9rosion. Diam\u00e8tres typiques de 50 mm \u00e0 plus de 500 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rectangulaire (planaire) :<\/strong> indiqu\u00e9e pour les chambres grand format ou la d\u00e9position sur des substrats plats et allong\u00e9s. Elle optimise la couverture sur des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries non sym\u00e9triques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tubulaire (rotative) :<\/strong> la cible tourne pendant la d\u00e9position, distribuant l&rsquo;\u00e9rosion sur toute la surface cylindrique. Cela porte le taux d&rsquo;utilisation du mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 plus de 80 %, contre les 20 \u00e0 30 % typiques des cibles planaires, un avantage significatif en termes de co\u00fbt par cycle et de continuit\u00e9 de production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le choix de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie correcte fait partie du processus d&rsquo;industrialisation que LEM g\u00e8re en interne avant de lancer la production sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/fr\/installations\/depot-physique-phase-vapeur-pvd\/\"><strong><em>installations PVD<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, et d\u00e9pend du type d&rsquo;objets trait\u00e9s et des mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s pour d\u00e9velopper le rev\u00eatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Efficacit\u00e9 et gestion thermique&nbsp;<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant la d\u00e9position, la cible absorbe une part consid\u00e9rable de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie du processus et surchauffe.
