Chambre et gestion du vide<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La chambre \u00e0 vide est le c\u0153ur du syst\u00e8me. Fabriqu\u00e9e en acier inoxydable de forte \u00e9paisseur, elle doit r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des diff\u00e9rences de pression importantes. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de cette chambre que se d\u00e9roule l&rsquo;ensemble du processus de d\u00e9p\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de pompage est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement divis\u00e9 en deux \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vide primaire :<\/strong> Obtenu par des pompes m\u00e9caniques (rotatives et Roots).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Haut vide :<\/strong> Atteint avec des pompes turbomol\u00e9culaires ou \u00e0 diffusion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>On atteint une pression de l&rsquo;ordre de <strong>10\u207b\u00b3 Pa<\/strong> pour \u00e9liminer totalement l&rsquo;air et les contaminants. Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t s&rsquo;effectue entre <strong>10\u207b\u00b2 et 10\u207b\u00b9 Pa<\/strong>. La stabilit\u00e9 du vide est critique : elle influence l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence, l&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 et la couleur finale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Outillage et mouvement des pi\u00e8ces<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/lemgalvanica.com\/fr\/sical-vapour-deposition\/\"><strong><em>d\u00e9p\u00f4t PVD<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, le processus est dit <strong>\u00ab\u00a0en ligne de mire\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> : le mat\u00e9riau se d\u00e9pose l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il peut physiquement arriver. Sources et cibles (Targets)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sources sont install\u00e9es sur les parois de la chambre : ce sont des dispositifs qui transforment le mat\u00e9riau solide (<strong>cibles<\/strong>) en atomes pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9s sur le substrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cibles peuvent \u00eatre compos\u00e9es de m\u00e9taux purs (titane, zirconium, chrome, or).
