Ce rev\u00eatement am\u00e9liore l\u2019aspect esth\u00e9tique de la pi\u00e8ce, sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, sa durabilit\u00e9 et, lorsque n\u00e9cessaire, certaines propri\u00e9t\u00e9s fonctionnelles comme la duret\u00e9 ou la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le principe de fonctionnement est simple : la pi\u00e8ce est immerg\u00e9e dans un <strong>bain galvanique<\/strong> contenant une solution aqueuse sp\u00e9cifique ainsi que deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s, l\u2019anode et la cathode. Les ions m\u00e9talliques positifs pr\u00e9sents dans le bain sont attir\u00e9s par la cathode, gagnent des \u00e9lectrons et se transforment en atomes de m\u00e9tal qui recouvrent la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, des r\u00e9actions d\u2019oxydation se produisent \u00e0 l\u2019anode, lib\u00e9rant d\u2019autres esp\u00e8ces dans la solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi le courant est fondamental<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque bain galvanique fonctionne dans une plage pr\u00e9cise de <strong>densit\u00e9 de courant<\/strong>. La respecter est essentiel pour obtenir un d\u00e9p\u00f4t uniforme et sans d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes (ar\u00eates, cavit\u00e9s) re\u00e7oivent des quantit\u00e9s de m\u00e9tal diff\u00e9rentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si le courant est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9, des br\u00fblures et des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts irr\u00e9guliers sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s, les composants fondamentaux sont communs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Composition d\u2019un bain de galvanoplastie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque bain est constitu\u00e9 d\u2019un ensemble d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments qui agissent ensemble :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>eau<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>sels m\u00e9talliques<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>additifs organiques<\/strong> r\u00e9gulant la brillance et le nivelage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>agents complexants<\/strong> maintenant le m\u00e9tal stable en solution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>r\u00e9gulateurs de pH<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>tensioactifs<\/strong>, qui am\u00e9liorent la mouillabilit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duisent les d\u00e9fauts<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bon \u00e9quilibre entre ces composants d\u00e9termine la qualit\u00e9 et la stabilit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Croissance du d\u00e9p\u00f4t et d\u00e9fauts typiques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ILe d\u00e9p\u00f4t m\u00e9tallique se d\u00e9veloppe \u00e0 partir de petits noyaux qui s\u2019\u00e9tendent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 former une couche continue.<br>Si le bain et les param\u00e8tres sont stables, le r\u00e9sultat est brillant, uniforme et adh\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, si le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9, des d\u00e9fauts typiques peuvent appara\u00eetre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>br\u00fblures <\/strong>dans les zones \u00e0 forte densit\u00e9 de courant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>inclusions et rugosit\u00e9s <\/strong>dues \u00e0 des particules ou contaminants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>mauvais nivelage<\/strong> lorsque les additifs sont d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>mauvaise adh\u00e9rence<\/strong> en cas de
